so I’ll be gone for three days for recovery/ avoiding the fitness world so I don’t end up in the ER because I was stupid and didn’t listen to my recovery instructions.

So what if I couldn’t sleep last night and only got about three hours of snooze time?
So what if my outfit is pretty loud (we’re talking lime green AND sequins, people) and I’d feel more comfortable in something, well, less eccentric?
It’s all a matter of perspective. I am beautiful, my boyfriend thinks I’m beautiful, and we’re going to have so much fun together.
This may be a long shot in my saying this, but: I LOVE MYSELF TODAY.

Maybe it’s because it’s so dang hot and humid where I live, but today the workout was hard! I’m sweating profusely, and I feel gross but SO accomplished!
The video went by really fast, too! :) That’s always fun.
Today was also my second day of the squat challenge! I LOVE IT. It burns so good, and I can’t wait to have nice shapely legs and a perky butt! ;)

So this is from last night:
My best friend stayed the night last night, so I’m proud of myself for doing the workout! She didn’t want to join in, and we laughed at how ridiculous the moves were at first, but she got distracted by the internet so it wasn’t too bad.
I think I’m seeing results. It may be wishful thinking on my part and all that jazz, but I really think my tummy is getting smaller. :3
Now I just have to stay motivated to do it again today!
